Why do you love to surf: Because surfing gives me that spiritual connection with the ocean, I love the feeling of surfing a waves. one of best feeling I could ever have in my entire lifetime. Just flowing with the rhythm of the waves. Just by feeling the intense joy and pleasure, my brain and body wants me to keep going back for more. I’m really at peace while surfing just love that freedom, makes my mind go blank from other distractions and I don’t even want to think about anything else but surfing. Surfing is the best therapy for me and keeps me fit and into shape.
